When I first started with Ellen, I was looking to change careers. She prepared me that a drastic career change could take at least 6 months search due to the rural area I lived in and because I was changing jobs. I was prepared to do whatever it takes to land a new job, so we moved on with resume, cover letter, and coaching services.

She took all of my information, put it on paper and WOW, I couldn’t believe it was me on that resume.  I was so impressed with her work.  The way she took my 25-year career in multiple industries and aligned them for my next role was amazing. That happened in 2013, and since then I have hired Ellen to help me with handling employee conflicts, asking for a raise, and updating my resume so I am prepared during my performance reviews.
